The OTHM Level 4 Certificate in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion qualification includes 3 mandatory units, totalling 36 credits. This qualification requires 360 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT), with a recommended minimum of 125 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).

Assessment |

All units within this qualification are assessed internally by the centre and verified externally by OTHM. These qualifications are criterion-referenced, focusing on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes.
To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence showing they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes. They must also meet the standards specified by the assessment criteria. The assessor makes the judgment on whether learners have successfully met these criteria. Additionally, the assessor should create an audit trail clearly demonstrating how they arrived at their judgment of the learners’ overall achievement. Specific assessment guidance and relevant marking criteria for each unit are available in the Assignment Brief document, which can be requested by centres. |
