Assessment |
|||||||
All units in this qualification undergo internal assessment by the centre and external verification by OTHM. These qualifications follow a criterion-referenced approach, focusing on achieving all specified learning outcomes.
To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence demonstrating that they have met all the learning outcomes. They must also meet the standards specified by the assessment criteria. The Assessor makes the judgment on whether learners have successfully fulfilled these criteria. Additionally, the Assessor should create an audit trail that clearly shows how they arrived at their judgment of the learners’ overall achievement. This process ensures transparency and accountability throughout the assessment, providing clear documentation of how decisions were made. |
