The OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Law qualification includes 6 mandatory units, totalling 120 credits. This qualification requires 1200 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 480 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for completion.

Assessment |

All units in this qualification are assessed internally by the centre and verified externally by OTHM. These qualifications are criterion-referenced, focusing on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes.
To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence that demonstrates they have met all the learning outcomes. They must also meet the standards outlined by the assessment criteria. The Assessor makes the judgment on whether learners have successfully fulfilled these criteria. Furthermore, the Assessor should create an audit trail that clearly shows how they arrived at their judgment of the learners’ overall achievement. This process ensures transparency and accountability in the assessment, providing a clear record of how decisions were made. |
