All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the center and OTHM externally verifies them. The qualifications follow a criterion-referenced system, based on the achievement of all specified learning outcomes.
To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence that shows they have fulfilled all learning outcomes and met the standards specified by the assessment criteria. The Assessor makes the judgment that learners have successfully met the assessment criteria. Additionally, the Assessor should provide an audit trail, demonstrating how the judgment of the learners’ overall achievement was reached. |
